1-on-1 Personal Training
Private, one-on-one coaching. Each session is designed around your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, with full attention and guidance every step of the way. 


Semi-Private Training
Train alongside one or two others in a small, supportive group while still receiving individualized coaching. Semi-private sessions offer a motivating, positive atmosphere with the benefits of personal training.

Enjoy a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment, no crowded gyms or intimidating spaces. The private studio allows you to focus fully on your workout, feel comfortable, and build confidence at your own pace.

Confidence-Building Coaching

Fitness isn’t just physical, it’s mental. Sessions are designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and confident both inside and outside the studio. Progress is celebrated, and support is always a priority.

Every client receives an individualized training plan based on goals, experience, mobility, and schedule.
